WHAT  A physical literacy training program focused on wrestling-specific movements and positions. Students will gain a basic understanding of the sport of wrestling while also developing flexibility, core strength, and fundamental movement skills. The movements and positions students will learn are safe and involve minimal contact.

The Lanier wrestling program has a strong reputation of success. Numerous varsity wrestlers got their start at Lanier, many of whom have experienced high levels of success at the high school level.

Lanier students who want to participate in more structured and skill-specific practices will have the opportunity to train with NOVA Wrestling Club on Thursdays from 5-6:30PM at the NOVA Wrestling Club training facility in Fairfax City.
